My name is Nicola, and I have over 15 years of experience working as a video producer, creating content for several prestigious organisations focused on international affairs and social impact, including Chatham House and the Palladium Group. My work has taken me across the globe, collaborating with refugees, activists, civil society groups, and various social impact initiatives to document their stories.
As a storyteller dedicated to social change, I've consistently noticed that the people who suffer the most in the world's most challenging environments are often spoken about but seldom spoken to. This realisation inspired me to create This Place Between Us, where we focus on empowering marginalised voices and creating meaningful connections that can lead to social change.
This Place Between Us is a bespoke storytelling service creating impactful content that drives social change. We specialise in centring lived experiences through powerful visual narratives to inspire understanding and action. Our work transforms authentic personal stories into compelling media that bridges divides, challenges misconceptions, and motivates meaningful change.
